Q: What happens if it rains?
We allow reschedules free of charge due to bad weather. Please let us know at least 72 hours in advance if you'd like to reschedule. Alternatively we can also suggest locations which are weather proof
Q: Can I BYO?
Yes you are welcome to BYO food and drinks. Ice bucket can be requested at additional charge
Q: Is your catering halal?
Yes our catering can be made halal and we are able to cater for most dietary requirements. Please let us know when you place your catering order
Q:What if I am late for my booking
Please be on time as we are unable to provide extra time if you are late, and the picnic will end at the allotted timeframe
Q: Can I cancel or reschedule my bookings if I change my mind
We do not offer refunds due to change of mind, however we accept reschedules pending availability. Please email us to arrange a reschedule. Note picnics can't be rescheduled with less than 72 hours notice
Q: How long is my allotted picnic time
Picnic pricing is based on 2 hour picnics for groups less than 8 guests, and 3 hour picnics for groups of 8 or more guests. If you'd like to extend your picnic time this can be arranged at $50/hour
